The home has an open layout and is designed for entertaining. Knowing that our guests spend most of their time in the backyard, we went all out. We also made sure to FULLY stock the house with anything you may need, you literally only need to bring your toothbrush. Each room is highlighted below to help you visualize the space. This home is situated in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood close to all the hot spots people love. You are just 5 minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Gas stations, convenience & grocery stores are all within a mile radius. Getting around town is easy by rental car or with Uber/Lyft! Ride share pick up arrives within 5 minutes of requesting a ride. We also partner with a shuttle service that can take you from point A to point B or you can choose to have them as a weekend long chauffeur! Parking is available in the driveway or along the street in front of the house. FAQ & RULES: OCCUPANCY: If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund. The amount of guests you book for is the allowed amount at the property. Please be sure to update the # of guests while booking as Airbnb auto-populates guest count to 1 person. SECURITY: We have two exterior cameras pointing at the front door and overlooking the backyard for guest and host security. These both record video & audio. These are in place for your safety and protection! Do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction of all guests w/ no refund for unused nights. There are NO cameras inside the home. VENDORS: Outside vendors must be approved by host to ensure we are in compliance with the city and not violating the additional guest rules. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you! Please arrange for an early check in in advance by messaging us (early check in fee may apply) LATE CHECK OUT? Our home is in high demand and we often have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. Late check-outs may be pre-arranged (late check out fee may apply), however you must do this well in advance. Please do not ask for a late check out during your stay. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled. MUSIC & SPEAKERS: We provide an bluetooth speaker to play music. The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls. IS THE POOL HEATED? Yes! This is available for an added fee, $75 per night and must be heated your entire stay (exceptions for longer stays) Pool heat must be paid for in advance. Please request pool heat at least 2-3 days prior to check in as it can take up to 24 hours to fully heat. DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS? Yes, we provide bath and pool towels! DO YOU HAVE POOL FLOATS? Yes! We have a selection of pool floats and an air pump to inflate your own. DISCOUNTS: We do not offer any discounts. DECORATIONS: Absolutely no sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! And you will be charged for repair) NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. PETS? Pets must be approved by host prior to booking. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150. This is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed inside or anywhere on the premises.
