Summary: A wonderful location let down by poor accommodation. We were informed that our family suite was no longer avaliable within 3 hours of check in so were moved into two separate rooms, one of which was without heating. We were then relocated to anotjer room before being offered our original room. We moved in to discover that it did not have curtains. This accommodation needs an update and some attention.
