Garage access included. Super location directly across from overflow parking area, boat ramp and right by the bridge - direct to the river!
Please note, there is a strict limit of 12 occupants in the house. House parties or other nuisances bothering the neighbors will not be tolerated. No pets allowed. A limit of two parking passes will be provided on arrival for the community parking lot. All other vehicles must be parked in the garage or in front of the house behind the white line. Parking is strictly enforced by the HOA.
