Located in a secluded community within walking distance to parks and nature preserves filled with hiking and biking trails including Myakka State Park, Carlton & Sleeping Turtles Preserve, and bike the Legacy trail to Warm Mineral Springs. The home is 5 minutes away from I75, Publix, CVS, and other shops. Venice Beach, Manasota Key, & Nokomis Beach with boat launches are a short drive and a river boat launch is also available at Snook Haven 3 miles from the home. The property is 1.5 acres with room for boat storage and RV hook-up.

Laundry area is a shared locked out space available to the in-law suite tenant.

Full gourmet kitchen with flat top stove and convection oven, dual convection oven microwave combination, toaster oven, large fridge with freezer drawer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and wine cooler access provided. All utensils, plates, cups, caphalon cooking pans, glass cookware, plastic storage containers, and kitchen equipment, ie mixer, insta pot, etc. available for use. Dining room table has an extension that can comfortably seat 8-10 guests and there are three stools at the bar for additional seating.

The queen size bedroom has view of the river, a classic 4 poster bed, night stand, tall dresser and closet with 52” smart tv connected to WIFI. The closet is shelved with multiple hanging clothes racks. The shared full bath has a deep soaking tub with shower.
