Quiet Country Setting fully fenced, pet friendly (contact us for details and limitations). Fireplace to enjoy a nice romantic evening or just to unwind. Approximately 40 minutes from Fort Myers Beach Nice quiet, Lehigh Acres with quick access to RSW and I-75 and Fort Myers. This is a suburb of Fort Myers. Electricity, water and blazing fast internet all included. Riverside Beach Close by 12 miles.
The space
Super nice acoustical Baby Grand piano that you can play or it will play itself. Large Master Bedroom with smart TV and King size bed. Master bath has separate garden tub and Shower. 1 King, 2 Queen and a trundle bed which has 2 twin beds. 5 Beds total. There are 2 desks in a work/study area. All bedrooms have smart tv or tv with smart device on them. We are fully fenced . I have been a super host for more than 6 years and I am an ambassador for Air B n B. Exercise area includes ski machine, golf clubs and tread mill in garage with room to park inside. Bicycle built for two and separate bicycle also available. We have an amazing fiber optics internet! Totally reliable with speeds that top 300 up/300 down! We are close to the Caloosahatchee river beach (approximately 12 miles). Also, Fort Myers beach has reopened. Super nice comfortable newer mattresses for each bed. Master Bedroom has "Casper" mattress! Approximately 30 minutes to spring training facilities! CD Mega Storage with over 100 CD's with stereo and DVD play just added. Many movies CD's from past to enjoy. Wide array of music taste. Super nice fireplace.
