A dream spot for anglers, adventurers, and those looking for some R&R in a serene location, this property is a true escape, yet only minutes from Missoula. While easily accessible from the highway, the property lies tucked away by a mixed conifer forest, a decades old apple orchard, the original homestead cabin, a large barn and our Zen Zone featuring a cedar sided hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge.
This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home boasts a chef's kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and living room with large picture windows. Each bedroom has French doors that open to the sound of the river, leading to an outside patio with ample seating and great views of the river and mountainside. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub with walk-in closet. Grill out on the patio or pull up a chair to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the views of the Blackfoot River. Downstairs is a large family room to unwind in after a day of adventure, watch the Smart TV, or play boardgames.
Located just a few miles up Highway 200 from the historic mill town of Bonner, this home offers great access to outdoor adventures along the Blackfoot River and the Seeley/Swan valley. This retreat sits right along the Blackfoot River and offers anglers lots of fishing access, boaters the ability to raft/kayak/inner tube, and adventurers the opportunity to walk the shores and find quiet beaches to lounge and swim at. The property is pushed back from the highway so you feel secluded and tucked away.
The KettleHouse Amphitheater, with outdoor concerts and a brewery, is only a few miles away. It is 15 min from the airport, 10 min to downtown Missoula for easy access to all amenities and restaurants, and 2.5hr to Glacier National Park. The property is also 20 minutes to Lubrecht Rec area where you can find hiking trails in the summer and cross country ski in the winter. Seeley Lake, famous for its numerous lakes, is just a 45 minute drive from the property as well.
Our smart-locks offer a seamless check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to help in any way, and are happy to interact as much or as little the guest prefers. Be aware of seasonal changes. Although the driveway is maintained, winter driving conditions may apply.
We’re excited to share that we’ve recently completed the addition of a beautiful sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge area in a private spot overlooking the river. We call this space the Zen Zone and it's a perfect place to unwind and unplug anytime of the year! I only ask that you message me a day or so in advance when you are hoping to use the space. That ensures that I can respect your privacy and I don't do maintenance at that time or soak myself. You are the only guests that have access to the space. You can access the Zen Zone for a maximum of 3hr at a time between 6am and 10pm. Depending on scheduling, you can also arrange an on-site massage for you during your stay!
This is a perfect spot to work remotely with high speed Starlink access. The barn, garage, and homestead are for owners storage use only. We do allow dogs with an extra non-refundable pet cleaning fee.
We live on site in the original homestead cabin and are available if needed, but will keep to ourselves for your privacy. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or needs that might arise.
