The family room has an available gas fireplace. The kitchen includes a gas cooktop, double oven, and dishwasher. Small appliances available include a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster. First floor front loading washer and dryer are available. Upstairs includes a game room with billiard table, ping-pong table, dart board, television, and board games. The master bedroom suite is on the main level with king sized sleep number dual zone bed and attached bathroom. The master bathroom includes separate vanities. A new 2023 upgrade includes a master 7' wide tile shower for two and master bathroom heated floors. Upstairs has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with an attached bathroom sink vanity and direct access to a shared hall bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and bedroom 4 has a Twin bed. The game room includes a pull-out Lay-Z-Boy queen-sized sofa bed. If utilized, the house sleeps 9. The backyard is fully fenced for privacy and safety for children to play. Badminton and cornhole will be available. Access to the garage will be unavailable because we had to put our stuff somewhere.
