Welcome to our beautiful Journey's End East home, the ultimate Marco Island vacation retreat. Journey's End is a stunning, 6 bedroom+ 5 1/2 bath 3600 sq ft home that will comfortably sleep 2 - 13, located in the very desirable South end of world renowned Marco Island. Journey's End is our large extended family's second home and given that many of us live in Miami, we are blessed to be able to spend a great deal of time there. We have elevated the home to the highest possible standards with respect to comfort, quality and range of amenities. Fully renovated and professionally decorated with the finest materials available, including Italian Carrara Marble in the sumptuous master bath, Brazilian Marble on the floors and Turkish Travertine in all of our expansive outdoor living areas. Our Journey's End East home features a spacious, fully equipped island kitchen with luxurious stainless steel appliances including a 35 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer with ice and water in the door, convection oven and a large over the range microwave. The counters are covered with an exotic quartz that adds a touch of natural beauty to this slice of paradise.
On the main level, the large master bedroom is appointed with a king sized luxury bed, a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV and 700 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. We also have plentiful memory foam pillows for those that need extra pillows for their sleeping comfort. The floors are covered with an Italian porcelain plank and you'll be happy to see that there is a California style closet that will easily accommodate all of your clothing. This bedroom also boasts an opulent ensuite master bathroom, outfitted with a Carrera marble double sink vanity, a stand alone tub and a frameless glass enclosed Italian marble shower. Our master bath is stocked with multiple, thick, ultra soft towels. Step through the doors in the master bedroom onto the first of our 3 Lanai's that affords you a view of one of Marco Island's lovely waterways. Picture yourself sitting outside of your bedroom at the end of a fun filled day toasting the moon and stars with a glass of wine and it will be so. This large, elevated lanai has 2 cushioned lounge chairs and given that is not covered, its a great place to work on your tan on a sunny day in a more private setting.
Down the hall of our home's main level Master, we have two additional bedrooms, both appointed with Queen Beds with 700 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, California style closets, Italian Porcelain flooring and 43 inch Samsung Smart TV's. At the end of the hall is our guest bathroom with a double sink Carrera Marble vanity, a frameless glass enclosed shower and a freestanding tub.
Also on the main level, adjacent to the kitchen are our living and dining rooms. The living room features a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV, two large leather reclining full size sofa's whose recliners open to a nearly flat position along with two comfortable oversized stuffed chairs providing seating for everyone. The dining area, features a large Quartz topped counter height Island that seats eight comfortably.
Outside of the Kitchen/Living Room area, is the second of our 3 large lanai's. This 350 Sq Ft covered Lanai, features a large outdoor 6 seat dining table, the perfect place to take your meals alfresco while you overlook our beautiful pool and waterway. This spacious area also is appointed with a 4 seat table.
One floor up, is another bedroom with twin beds, a 43 in Samsung smart TV and a large sitting area containing a half bath, our library and a Queen sized sleeper topped with a 3 inch memory foam topper making it as comfortable as regular bed.
The fun does not end upstairs!. On the first floor, you will discover two additional master suites, each with ensuite bathrooms, tastefully appointed with double sink Carrera marble vanities and large frameless glass enclosed showers with seating areas. One of the bathrooms also features a large freestanding tub The beds are both plush, king sized beds with 700 thread count sheets and multiple memory foam pillows. These lavish bedrooms also boast 55 inch Samsung Smart TV's, Italian marble floors and large California style closets.
Also on the first floor is our laundry area consisting of a Samsung High Efficiency front load washer and Samsung dryer.
Adjacent to our laundry area is our beautiful recreation room with a custom designed regulation sized pool table, a pub table with 2 stools, 2 large counter height marquis chairs, a foosball table, a 50 inch Samsung Smart TV and a queen sized sleeper sofa also with a 3 inch memory foam topper. The pool table also has a convertible top that allows it to be transformed into a regulation ping pong table. Next to our recreation room, is another full bathroom with a glass enclosed Italian marble shower.
Outside of our recreation room, is the third of our large lanai's. This large, covered space is adjacent to our large screened in pool and features two additional seating areas. The first is a 4 seat table with the other being a seating group containing a sofa and two large rocking type chairs. This area also features a full service outdoor Kitchen with a wet bar, small fridge and a commercial grade Stainless BBQ.
Our large screened in pool area is finished with a beautiful Portuguese Travertine. On our pool deck, you will find two cushioned lounge chairs, two Adirondack chairs, a 4 seat table and chairs next to the Island kitchen and two storage benches containing pool floats and toys. Just outside of the pool area, adjacent to the waterway, we have two additional seating areas, one with three lounge chairs and the other with two.
On the water, we have an oversized dock, a 4 seat table and chairs, three lounge chairs and a floating dock from which to launch our kayaks and Stand up Paddle Boards.
On one side of our home, families with children will be delighted to find a full sized Cedar playground set, positioned on high end rubber mulch to protect the little ones, with swings, slide and a fort.
On the other side of our home, you will find our kayaks and stand up paddle boards along with our bike storage area. Across from the bike storage, is our beach storage closet with misc beach chairs, umbrellas, vests for the kayaks/paddle boards and a cart for the beach.
