BEDROOMS
This bright and modern Boulder retreat features 4 thoughtfully designed bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The home offers a mix of cozy sleeping spaces, stylish finishes, and plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring Colorado.
Bedroom 1 – The spacious primary suite features a luxurious King bed, en-suite bathroom with heated floors and steam shower, and modern design elements that create a serene escape.
Bedroom 2 – Features a comfortable Queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom, creating a peaceful and relaxing retreat.
Bedroom 3 – Also located on the 1.5 floor, this fun and functional bedroom features a Full/Twin bunk bed setup with a trundle, perfect for kids or additional guests.
Bedroom 4 – Located on the split-level 1.5 floor, this inviting bedroom includes a Full-size bed with warm natural light and cozy touches throughout.
The lower level living room offers an additional sleeping space with a queen sized sleeper sofa.
BATHROOMS
The home includes 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath, all clean, bright, and fully stocked for your stay. Bathrooms feature large mirrors, fresh towels, and essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, complete with Thermador appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware you’ll need during your stay.
Multiple lounge areas throughout the home provide plenty of space to spread out and relax. Enjoy movie nights on the high end home theater in the main room and master bedroom, spread out in the the basement TV room, or unwind in the comfortable seating spaces designed for connection and comfort. •This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we`re happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.
•Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside and will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover mitigation costs.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.
