Summary: It was really clean and tidy. No smoke inside. All details are thoroughly thought of: from kitchen items to bathroom supplies. Safe and very secure. Laundry area is really neat. The one thing is the water supply. Not sure if its season related but if one faucet is open, then the rest of the areas you won't have water from the faucets. The owner communicates very quickly. That was awesome.
