This spacious third-floor 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit has been updated and features all the comforts of home plus everything Sanibel Island has to offer. The master suite has a king bed and access to a private screened lanai. The guest room has a queen. The large and bright living/dining room leads to a large screened lanai with a fantastic view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, Keurig coffee pot and ice-maker in freezer...everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Other amenities include ceiling fans, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs with DVD in living room, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for purchase or rent from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators...all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and several restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.
