Our 4 bedroom/2 bathroom (sleeps 10) stunner includes original hardwood floors, a fully updated kitchen, and two outdoor showers. The beautiful front porch is perfect for people-watching or simply escape to the private backyard to relax under the magnolia tree. This spacious house is a quick 5-minute stroll to either the historic town or the beach.
The backyard has a huge spacious deck with a great seating area, outdoor dining table for 6, a charcoal grill and two outdoor showers!
This is a no smoking property and we do not accept pets at this time.
The living area comprises of a large, sunny and airy spaces and the entire house is equipped with Central A/C and WiFi.
The spacious kitchen (with brand new island and granite countertops - pictures coming) and adjoining back room features a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, 4 hob electric stove with separate oven plus extractor fan.
There is a good sized fully tiled family bathroom.
All bedrooms have a closet as well as a chest of draws for extra storage. Bedding (linen) is included. House towels are included but please note that Beach Towels are NOT so please bring your own.
All windows have curtains and are double glazed for great heat and noise insulation.

There is free parking in front of the house on an extremely quiet and historically safe road.
