Welcome to Harbourview Hideaway! We’re thrilled to host you and appreciate your help in keeping this beautiful waterfront community peaceful and well cared for. Please review the following rules before and during your stay.
🌴 General Rules
Minimum Stay: 30 nights (HOA requirement)
Maximum Occupancy: 5 guests total (including children)
Check-In: 4:00 PM or later
Check-Out: 11:00 AM sharp
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Pets: Not permitted (per HOA)
Smoking/Vaping: Not permitted inside the unit, on the lanai, or in any common areas
Parties or Events: Strictly prohibited
🚗 Parking
Each condo may park up to 2 vehicles in the garage only.
Garage doors must remain closed when not in use.
Visitor and service vehicle parking is available in designated exterior spaces only.
All guest vehicles must display a parking permit provided by Paradise Breeze.
No boats, trailers, RVs, or motorhomes are permitted on the property.
Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
🏊 Pool & Outdoor Areas
Pool Hours: 9:00 AM – Dusk
Please shower and rinse off sand before entering the pool.
No smoking, glass, or food inside the pool itself.
Food and drinks are permitted in the pool deck/gazebo area — please clean up before leaving.
No large floats, fins, or ball playing in the pool.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
No pets in or around the pool area.
If you move pool furniture, return it to its original spot.
🌺 Lanai & Patios
Open flame grilling is only permitted at the community pool barbecue
Please keep the lanai neat and free of clutter.
No towels, clothing, or other items may be hung over railings.
No clotheslines or drying racks visible from outside.
🗑️ Trash & Recycling
Trash pickup: Tuesday mornings
Please place bins by the entrance sign Monday evening or very early Tuesday morning.
After pickup, return bins to the garage by Tuesday afternoon.
Do not flush paper towels, diapers, or feminine products down the toilet.

Keep all gates closed at all times for security.
The Sandpiper Key Yacht Club docks are private and not part of Harbourview — please respect this area.
🌪️ Hurricane Preparedness
If a tropical storm or hurricane is forecasted for Englewood or Manasota Key:
Evacuation is mandatory. Do not remain in the condo during a storm.
Store all lanai and outdoor items inside.
Turn off the water valve located above the hot water heater before leaving.
