Summary: Room, hotel and lobby along with breakfast was clean. There were some issues though. Pool was out of service. Its unfortunate because my kids were looking for to it. Lobby Bathroom needs more attention. 2x we walked in the bathroom and it was filthy for both men and women on 2 separate time. Also, they never brought us our requested towels. Spoke to manager and they said they could not compensate anything other than points. I checked my Hilton account and points not there. Tried calling them 4 separate times and hotel is not answering.
