Bring your boat & water toys or rent one nearby. Spend the day relaxing on the dock by the water or by the pool! Soak your cares away in our hot tub. Work or relax from "home" during these uncertain times. Close to the airport & I-75.
The space
The large kitchen and great room are perfect to entertain the family while being in stay at home or work from home mode! The back lanai and pool deck are large for relaxing or entertaining. Work on your Florida Tan or soak away your cares in our hot tub. Fully furnished with a kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and private ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and hallway bathroom. Living room has a pull out couch.
Other things to note
Karen and I have lived in Fort Myers for 21 years and in this neighborhood for 3 years and are happy to give you recommendations for activities, restaurants, shopping, etc. We live 1 block away and own the property and manage it. Do not get stuck in a vacation rental managed by some far away management company.
