The home is a 1232 sq. ft. sitting on a beautiful wide canal. All the amenities of a home wrapped into a tasteful and comfortable living space.
Downstairs has plenty of covered parking and hangout space for friends and family to enjoy. Guests can play rounds of cornhole, grill, or fish off the dock.
Upstairs you are greeted with a spacious porch with plenty of seating and beautiful waterfront views to enjoy coffee or cocktails. In the main house, you walk into an open floor plan with lots of natural lighting and comfy living area. Our kitchen is well equipped with cooking/grilling essentials and a coffee bar.
Our spacious King Master suite has tons of natural lighting as well as waterfront views. Wanna sleep in? We've got you covered with darkening drapes for the late sleeper. Enjoy a nice walk in closet as well a private double vanity. Double headed showers add nice features for that luxury feel in 2 out of 3 Baths.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed with plenty of hanging space and drawers for all your belongings.
