Guests have private use of the home and outdoor living spaces during their stay. The tritoon boat and boat lift are reserved for owner use and are not available to guests. From time to time, neighboring property owners may briefly use the boat ramp to launch or retrieve their boats, and we may occasionally access our tritoon. Any activity is infrequent, brief, and intended to minimize interruptions to your stay.
For inventory and housekeeping purposes, the owner's storage closets and cleaning closet are locked and not accessible to guests.

BEDROOM ONE
This adult bedroom features a Purple® king mattress, blackout curtains, luggage rack, generous closet storage, dresser, beautiful lake views, and small corner desk.
BEDROOM TWO
Designed with families and groups in mind, the bunk room comfortably sleeps four with two twin-over-twin bunks also featuring Purple mattresses. Each bed includes an individual reading light, giving every guest a personal space to unwind. The room also features a closet with shelves, window blinds, and bench seat.
BEDROOM THREE
This master bedroom with ensuite bathroom includes another Purple® king mattress, dresser, reading nook, blackout curtains, and expansive lake views. The attached ensuite bathroom includes a rain shower head. An adjoining OPTIONAL kids' sleeping nook utilizes the oversized closet to accommodates two twin mattresses (or seats) instead of sleeping on an uncomfortable pull out couch, making this room ideal for families with young children.

A covered, attached carport and keyless entry welcome you into a spacious, open-concept great room featuring the kitchen, dining area, and living room with an LG Smart TV. The laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen. Just beyond the living area, the screened porch offers a comfortable place to enjoy your morning coffee, catch your favorite show on the outdoor TV, or unwind after a day on the lake.
Down the main hallway, you'll find Bedrooms 1 and 2, separated by a large shared bathroom. As you head downstairs, say hello to Melvin the donkey before arriving in the game room, complete with foosball, an arcade game, and another LG Smart TV. The lower level also includes Bedroom 3 with an ensuite bathroom and optional kids' sleeping nook, while the game room opens directly to the back deck, where abundant outdoor seating invites you to gather, relax, and take in the lake views.
A gentle walk with 28 stairs lead to the private dock, where lounge chairs provide the perfect spot to relax by the water. Spend the day exploring the lake with the provided kayaks and stand-up paddle boards, cast a line from the dock, or bring your own boat and enjoy the convenience of the on-site boat ramp.
House Notes:
Please note that the neighboring property is currently under construction. Workers may be present Monday through Friday during daytime hours, and construction noise such as a generator or power tools may be heard. This is outside of our control, but we want guests to be aware before booking. The lower weekday rate reflects the temporary construction, so we’ve adjusted weekday pricing accordingly while the construction is active.

If you're bringing a boat—especially a larger one—we recommend using a little extra care when launching, docking, and navigating near the shoreline.
