HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.
POOL & SPA INFORMATION

• Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.

Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Champions Gate Vida Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Saturdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.

PARKING
• Guests should park in the garage or driveway.

TRASH
• Trash must be placed out in the container by 7am.
• Trash cannot be placed by the curb, under trees, in the yard, etc. and must be inside, or immediately adjacent to the trash bench in order to be collected.
• All trash must be inside bags, they must be tied.
• Any loose trash within the container or trash bin will not be collected if not bagged.
• No liquids and no hazardous or medical waste.
• There ́s trash collection every day.
