A Wave From It All is a place of rest, relaxation and restoration. This family friendly home has a massive outdoor entertaining area surrounded by large trees, with fire pit, grill and pit smoker options. Inside our home you can relax in the den with a good book or cook up your favorite meals in the spacious well appointed kitchen. If cooking isn't for you, there are multiple restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance or venture out to the beaches or town center for many more options. If you like early morning or evening walks the neighborhood has well lit paved paths.
3 bedrooms, all with queen beds and closets, master has private bathroom. Two study nooks are provided as well as fiber internet, 300 mbps down load and 200 mbps upload.
We have Hulu and Disney on offer for TV entertainment options in a separate living area.
Jacksonville has many beaches to visit as well as trails, state parks, and attractions best of all it is located only a 40 min drive to Amelia Island and the historical town of St. Augustine. The world famous Mayo Clinic is a 10 min drive, and so is the tiny historic village of Mayport and the Mayport Naval Station. I will meet with guests upon check in or within 24 hours.
Garage is converted to my own personal space, it has separate entrance and I will be onsite for any questions. However I prefer to keep to myself unless guests want to interact.
There is a no smoking, vaping policy and no parties.
