The living room is furnished beautifully and is equipped with a flat screen smart TV. Off of the living area are four full-view, floor to ceiling, sliding glass doors that open onto a screened-in lanai. For privacy, each sliding glass door has its own motorized, remote controlled, roller shade. The screened-in lanai has a table that seats four, as well as two additional chairs and a side table to take in breathtaking views of the Gulf and the native birds that enjoy resting in the Royal Palm trees right outside the screens. You may even catch the dolphins playing in the ocean! The living room is open to the dining area which seats four. You can enjoy dinner prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen, featuring new appliances, a coffee maker, a toaster oven, a toaster, a blender, an indoor electric grill, and a breakfast bar with additional seating for two. You can also make use of one of the onsite BBQ grills and cook up a great meal to enjoy on the grounds at a picnic table, by the pool, or on the lanai.

The second guest bedroom features two twin size beds, a flat screen TV, and a view to the front of the building to watch all the activity, if desired, along Estero Blvd. The large window facing Estero Blvd. also has stunning wide louvered plantation shutters.
