Emerald Isle HOA allows 1 guaranteed guest parking spot per unit. A second vehicle may be accommodated only if additional spaces are available, but this is not guaranteed. During special events, parking is limited to 1 vehicle only. Please contact us for more information regarding parking rules and availability.
CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Holiday reservations are non-refundable: Blue Angels Week(7/12/26-7/19/26), 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.
TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment.

Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
Guests must review and sign the single-page Rental Agreement at check-in. This document outlines the house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both parties.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
Check-in time: Typically Between 3:00 and 5:00pm.
Check-out time: 10:00am. These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking.
