The main level has a large living room with a Smart TV (There is no cable for the TV, only streaming apps) a foosball table and comfortable seating.
*Please note, there is the exterior security system monitor located in the living room.

The kitchen has all the appliances and amenities needed to prepare a meal.

-Guests have access to the entire 4 Bedroom unit during their stay. There is no access to the basement or the garage. These spaces will remain locked during guest stays.

-This property is a duplex. There is another unit set next to the property that is completely separate. There are no shared spaces or access from one unit to the other.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses.
-Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!
KEYED ENTRY:
-Your host will provide you with the lockbox code for the key approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.
PARKING:
-There is a driveway in the back of the property for 1-2 vehicles.
-There is also free street parking in front of the home where available.

Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.
CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

-We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in.
-If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.
-The exterior security system monitor is located in the living room (this has the surveillance of the exterior premises displayed on the screen)
