Absolutely stunning canal front home just 3 blocks from Times Square awaits you. A 5 minute walk to the beach with access at the end of the road. No reason to get in your car after you arrive with over 20 restaurants and bars within 1/3 mile walk. Total renovation of this home includes new kitchen, baths, lighting, decor, and furniture. This upstairs unit features a large open concept living space with an ultra modern kitchen, large island with seating for 6, and a huge wall of sliders that open to the deck to a screened in enclosure. Enjoy the serenity of your canal view while you enjoy your meals at the outdoor table. The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bath and the second bedroom has two queen beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room providing total sleeping space for up to 8. There is a large guest bath on this floor as well as a washer and dryer. Both bedrooms as well as the living room have smart TVs.
A large pool and spa sit right on the canal. The spa is raised and while sitting in it you have a great view of the canal and can see down to the bay. You may bring a boat to the dock.
There is a one bedroom apartment below as a separate rental which does share the pool (if rented).
This house is set up for everyone to enjoy -- great for family get togethers with the pool/spa and also has as beautiful, large deck great for fishing.
Please note, only the people listed on the reservation are permitted at the unit and only guests may use the pool. This is not a party house. Friends and family showing up for use of the pool who are not approved guests will not be allowed and reservation is subject to cancellation without refund.
