Modern, boutique 770 sq ft condo with resort-style amenities located steps from the famous Miami Design District and very close to Wynwood. Your unit includes: a washer/dryer, full kitchen (with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils, plates and cookware). Building amenities feature a beautiful gym with virtual spin studio, common work space, pool and parking. Your unit has a relaxing private balcony. and large walk-in closet. BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 4 guests in 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 queen sofa bed (sleeps 2 adults). BATHROOMS: The bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap), plush towels, robes, washcloths, and a hairdryer. We also provide amenities such as a toothbrush, razor, combs among many other items you may have left behind. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with all your essentials identified in the description plus coffee/tea capsules for the Keurig machine, cream/sugar, tea kettle, olive oil, salt, pepper, hot sauce and aluminum foil. (other locally sourced goodies could be in store as well upon your arrival). This building also features a complimentary Lavazza machine producing some of your favorite coffee beverages right in our lobby (this is in addition to the Lavazza coffee capsules we provide in your rental). POOL: The building has a pool located on the 6th floor amenities deck. Pool & Beach towels are provided in your closet. Pool hours are from dawn to dusk. GYM: The building has a gym located on the 6th floor amenities deck. The gym contains various cardio and weight/strength training machines along with a virtual spin studio. Gym hours are 24/7. PARKING: The unit comes with 1 parking spot for your first vehicle. For additional cars, valet is available for an additional cost. Metered street parking is available first come, first served and can be very difficult in the Design District. HEALTH & SAFETY: Your unit is equipped with a smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarm. Your unit also contains a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit under the kitchen sink. Security cameras are present around the building common areas and exterior. Cameras are never located inside ShoreHouse units. This building requires a light background check prior to arrival. Your unit is sanitized above Airbnb and CDC standards. WHAT'S INCLUDED: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 4 beach towels and beach bag, beach cooler, wifi, smart tv, bathroom toiletry items, bath towels, robes, full kitchen, basic cooking spices and oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, cleaning supplies, board games, limited wellness supplies (such as yoga mat, foam roller, limited weight/kettle ball, resistance bands), limited amount locally sourced fresh Orange Juice, other local goodies upon arrival, host available 24/7, front desk staff and security 24/7 in building. We've thought of practically everything to ensure a seamless stay so you don't have to; however if you believe we missed something, send us a message and we'll let you know if we may have the item stocked for you. AVAILABLE BY REQUEST: pack-n-play crib, high chair, children's toys, grocery items (you only pay cost of items). CONTACT: I am always available through my cell phone. NEIGHBORHOOD: The Design District is a beautiful neighborhood filled with the best shops and the hottest restaurants. Stroll through the many walkways viewing the public art installations then pick up some coffee or an avocado toast at OTL Cafe. After your morning coffee, hit the Institute of Contemporary Art right in the heart of the Design District. Grab dinner at Michael's Genuine or Mandolin; two of my favorite restaurants. After dinner, grab some 21+ ice cream at Aubi & Ramsa. Brickell/Downtown & South Beach are approximately 7 minutes away by car. Midtown Miami is a 5 minute walk. There is a small Publix (grocery store) and CVS approximately a 4 minute walk from the unit. There is a larger Publix 5 minutes away by car. Your unit is equipped with a full neighborhood guide for more information. Your host can also help you plan your trip if you have any questions prior to your arrival. Favorite neighborhood workout spot: RiseNation Favorite neighborhood Fast Casual Restaurant: Pura Vida & OTL TRANSPORT: Outside the building, there is a citibike station for on-demand bike rentals. Bus route 3 and 16 stop within a 2 minute walk of the building. Ride-sharing services such as Uber & Lyft are always available and nearby. Taxi's can be called by your host or the front desk of the building for you. The Biscayne and the Little Haiti Trolley services are available within a 3 minute walk from the building. There is no charge to use the trolley. Scooter sharing is generally available by finding an available scooter in the immediate area. You will need to download the app to unlock the scooter. This also goes for Revel MoPeds which are also popular. Your host can help you with Regional and local train services, light rail and ferry services should you need information.
