Summary: We paid for an early check in, which was a new fee to us. That must have made the cleaning service rush because when we went to get in the bed, the sheets had not been changed. There was dirt and debris on the sheets. Because of the time, they wouldn’t come change the sheets so they gave us a new set and we got to change our own bed so we didn’t have to sleep in a dirty one. The only restitution was they reimbursed us for the early check in.
