The home also sits adjacent to Bowmans Beach, a well-worn grass path leads directly from the house to Sanibel's incredible west end beaches without ever crossing a road. The beach is literally in the back yard! Native vegetation abounds, providing great privacy, wildlife sightings, and tropical greenery.
Home amenities include: 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 2 King bed, 2 Queen beds & 2 Twin size pull-out chair beds (sleeps 10), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool & spa, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill.
