FALL/WINTER SPECIAL $175.00/NIGHT!!! This our family cottage we call "The Haven". It truly is a haven of relaxation and a great place to make family memories for years to come. Located just 8 miles from downtown South Haven and a little more than 12 miles from Saugatuck, this is the perfect location to unwind and relax, while having quick access to all the attractions of South Haven, and Saugatuck. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is great for taking morning walks, enjoying the private beach just a few minutes walk down the road, or relaxing on the back deck watching the deer walk through the woods. The house features an open floor plan, with the master bedroom on the first floor, a spiral staircase up to a loft, and two more bedrooms on the second floor. We have 2 beds on the loft that are great for kids or that couple who wants to tag-along. The bathroom on the first floor features a 2 person jacuzzi to add to your relaxation. CENTRAL A/C added 2023!!!
This home was originally built by our family for the purpose of providing family vacations, it has grown over the years to include many friends. Now that our grandparents are gone, we are renting the house to provide income, but still use it for our family when renters are not occupying the home. With that in mind, we are looking for responsible renters who are looking for a great getaway with their family or friends.
If you are looking for a place to party, this is not the right place to rent. For those looking for a fun family vacation, quiet time away from the office, or a getaway with friends, we are certain that you will love our house.
Please contact us with any questions you may have. Something to consider: Much of our private neighborhood beach has been consumed by the lake. While it is still available on some days, North Beach and South Beach located in downtown South Haven will provide a much better beach experience.
