Only 10 minutes to beautiful Valle Crucis Community Park with access to the Watauga River for swimming and fishing. Rushing creek runs behind the cabin. Western mountain views. New kitchen with farm sink. New appliances. New walk in shower. New soaking tub in one of the bathrooms. Cozy reading area in the small sunroom/office. Cabin is right under 1,000 square feet.
