This 3 bedroom Lexington Country Club 2nd floor condo has beautiful views of the lake, looking across to the tiki bar and sandy beach. One of the owners was a travel nurse for years and understands what travel professionals are looking for. You cannot get a better location, Health Park Medical Center is less than a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk.
If you love the beach, Sanibel Island and the Ft. Myers beach are approx. 5 miles away and there are a ton of food stores, pharmacies, restaurants and parks within minutes.
The community is gated and has a person at the gate 24/7, it is a very safe and quiet community, but there is a lot to do socially if you choose to.
