The space
GROUND LEVEL (parking + bedroom 1)
Make your way into the gated entry of the home to find a BBQ area just past the front door. Once you enter the home you will see the first bedroom with a queen-sized bed & ensuite bathroom. The room is also equipped with a SMART TV. Just to the right is the direct access to the attached two-car garage where you will find some beach equipment such as boogie boards, beach chairs & sand toys for the little ones.
SECOND LEVEL (main living area- kitchen, living room, dining area, sun deck, half ba, W/D)
Just ahead the stairs will take you up to our spacious & thoughtfully designed main living area of the home. There is a natural flow between the kitchen, living room, dining area, & out of the sliding glass doors to the sun deck. This space has been maximized to allow everyone in your group to gather comfortably. The attention to detail is second to none.
The kitchen is an absolute chef’s dream. Equipped with gorgeous marble countertops, a walk-in pantry & all high-end stainless steel Viking brand appliances including a modern dishwasher, oversized refrigerator/freezer, and 6 burner stove there is nothing you can’t whip up! The center island with pendant lighting gives you additional counter space to cook as well as two bar seats. From here, you have a large dining table that seats six. The living room is centered around a gorgeous gas fireplace ready to be fired upon those breezy nights. This is the perfect place to wind down & enjoy a show on the Samsung SMART TV (complimentary HBO, Showtime, & STARZ) mounted above the fireplace or to listen to your favorite tunes on the built-in SONOS speakers that play throughout the second & third level. Off of the living room, there are sliding glass doors that open to the sun deck with additional seating to enjoy the fresh air. Also on this floor, you will find a half bath & washer/dryer.
THIRD LEVEL (master suite)
Coming up the stairs to the third floor you are in your own private retreat. This entire floor is dedicated to being the primary suite with your very own secluded ocean view balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. This space also features an ensuite bath, surround shower, walk-in closet, window seat, SMART TV, & SONOS sound system.
PARKING
There is an attached two-car garage able to fit two full-sized vehicles side by side. There is additional parking available on the surrounding neighborhood streets. (Please be aware of street sweeping & time restrictions.)
