The comfortable great room is perfect for cozying up and watching a movie or playing card games with its comfortable seating cluster where you can watch the flat screen TV, enjoy the TV and the view from the dining table for 4, or satisfy your culinary desires in the completely remodeled kitchen with all new appliances, a kitchen bar, and a peek ocean view.
The bedroom, furnished with a Queen bed, has a ceiling fan for your comfort, and a dresser. There is 1 fully updated bath with a large walk-in shower. This home comfortably sleeps 2 in beds and there can be a max of 3 guests. All bed and bathrooms are amply furnished with premiere linens to ensure your comfort.
Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, a coin-operated shared laundry, and a 1 garage space for a small compact or SUV with no driveway parking. Street parking is available.

La Jolla Shores' picturesque sandy beach runs north from La Jolla Cove and offers great snorkeling and scuba diving. Known for its galleries, shops, restaurants and the highly scenic coastline, La Jolla is also home to branch of the Museum of Contemporary Art of San Diego. To the north of La Jolla is Torrey Pines, home to the Torrey Pines Golf Course, one of the nation's finest public golf courses and the site of the Farmers Insurance Open in late January or early February. Located around the course is the Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, which offers paths and rock outcroppings to hike on as you make your way to pristine and often empty beaches.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
