Sunshine Cottage has the character and appeal that only a historic home can offer - original heart pine wood floors, fireplace, windows, doors and knobs, and built-in cabinets. While historic, the cottage has lovingly been renovated and includes all the modern amenities to keep you comfortable, without losing that vintage coastal charm.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the front screened porch. The coastal chic interior of Sunshine Cottage welcomes you as soon as you walk in the door. Two comfortable sitting areas, one equipped with a TV; the other a cozy fireplace.
Sunshine Cottage offers two quaint bedrooms. Perfect for a couple or small family and comfortably sleeps four. The first bedroom features a queen sized bed and TV. The second bedroom features twin beds.
The dining room table seats six and allows plenty of space for gathering for meals. Original built-in cabinets provide extra storage space for guests and showcase the craftsmanship from years ago. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, glassware and dinnerware. A full size washer and dryer are located directly off the kitchen in an enclosed porch.
All your beach necessities are housed in a storage shed in the fully fenced backyard – bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys. There is also a gas grill and pavered seating area.
