On the patio, the bubbling hot tub is the best way to end your day, soaking your cares away while listening to the sounds of the forest. No one can resist a bonfire under the stars, and don’t forget to bring your s’mores supplies for a sweet treat! During the day, make your way down the secluded guest path leading to the tranquil creek where the kids can play and explore as you catch up on a good book perched up on the dock. For those who want to be one with nature, Blue Ridge has hiking trails for both all day hikes, and quick hikes.
Our Hot tub fees are included in our pricing - no additional hot tub fees for our properties. You will have a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, some properties offer both Keurig/Drip combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.
Unlike other companies that may charge upwards of $50 for a hot tub cleaning fee, we pride ourselves on transparency and affordability, only adding a $15 charge into our cleaning fee. This nominal fee covers the costs of chemicals, as well as the time and labor invested by our dedicated housekeeping team to ensure a clean and relaxing hot tub experience for every guest. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we trust you'll appreciate the care and attention we put into maintaining our facilities.

Returning Guests are considered VIPs….(when available) we offer free Early check in or Late check out - ask local management team. All trash must be properly bagged or charged a fine. Please abide by all the rules and be courteous of neighbors. If need be management reserves the right to and can evict rowdy/unruly guests on behalf of our owners. However, we have not had to do so yet!
