Welcome to Blue skies & Cool Seas - 188 Washington! This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home is perfect for your beach vacation getaway! This property boasts a beautiful brand-new pool, installed in 2023! On the ground level, there is a carport where you can park multiple vehicles and a shaded outdoor seating area overlooking the beautiful pool where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine.
Upstairs to the main entrance, and through the front door is a cozy open-concept living space. The living space includes a living room with a built-in fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, shaker cabinets, and quartz countertops. This space also has a dining table fit for four and an island nearby in the kitchen with extra seating. The living room and dining room areas both have sliding glass doors that enter onto the relaxing front porch with plenty of outdoor seating.
Off of the kitchen down the hallway to your left, the first room is a full in-unit laundry room that has both a washer and dryer. Continuing down that hallway the next room on the left is a full guest bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. Across from the guest bathroom is the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed as well as a full en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and full closet. Lastly, directly at the end of the hallway is the guest bedroom which has a queen bed and full closet.
NOTE: This property allows one dog 35lbs and under with a $300 non refundable pet fee.
