This home offers both front and rear living areas for added space and flexibility. The front living area features a sofa, cable TV, fireplace, and sliding glass doors opening to the front balcony, along with a breakfast counter with barstool seating for four. The rear living area includes a full-size wall bed, a sofa with an additional armchair, a cable/Roku TV, barstool seating for three off the rear kitchenette, and sliding glass doors that lead to the rear balcony and oceanview rooftop deck.

Oceanview rooftop deck with a dining table for four and additional bar-top seating for four. Two private balconies offer added outdoor space; the front balcony features seating and a propane grill, while the rear balcony includes seating and access to the rooftop deck. An outdoor shower provides a convenient way to rinse off after a day at the beach.
KITCHEN & AMENITIES
The main kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided. There is also a rear kitchenette with a sink and extra storage.

GUEST ACCESS:

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans throughout and a portable air conditioning unit in the living room have been provided for your comfort. Please note that the portable AC unit may not be relocated.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, one twin trifold floor mat (best suited for children) is provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented instead of the mat by making advance arrangements with our office.
Laundry: A stacked washer and dryer are located in the hall closet. Please note that guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: Two reserved spaces, one garage space for compact vehicles only, and one carport space. General street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
