A lot of fine dining restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. House is fully renovated with brand new gourmet kitchen, new bathroom and large screen TV. This is a seasonal property. Rates may change at anytime.

However if you have a service pet and want to rent the cottage you must submit a letter from your Vet stating that the pet is a service animal and there will be an additional cleaning fee of $200.00.
