No pets
Due to the highly secure nature of Lexington, If you rent it you must stay in it! We do not allow renters that will have friends or employees stay without them being present. If you fail to tell us before check in we will not let them in and you will lose your payment.
Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping! A $5,000 fee will be charged if you smoke or vape in our unit or on the lanai. Thanks for understanding.
