Relax on our back balcony which overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with walkout balcony. Freshly painted interior. Substantial rework on the exterior including newly surfaced balcony and railings. There is one shuffleboard court along the waterway. We have the equipment. There are three tennis courts and two pickleball courts. All the tennis and pickleball courts have just been resurfaced and painted. Minutes from St Petersburg and Clearwater beaches. There is a trolley that runs between both beaches (up and down Gulf Blvd). A trolley stop is located in front of the property. Free Wi-fi. Easy access to golf, shopping, sightseeing and private restaurants. A great vacation for those who like to rest and relax with sandy beaches, surf and sunsets.
