Fully stocked kitchen, linens and towels ready for immediate live/work. This complex is just a short drive to Ft Myers and Sanibel beaches, and 20 minutes to the airport. Most beaches are reopened and beautiful. This condo offers full size appliances: d/w, w/d, and lots of storage. Elevator access and private, covered parking space. Amenities of a clubhouse, pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce and unlimited golf for two residing tenants. Golfview Golf and Racquet Club is a vibrant, and attractive community located in a convenient area of Fort Myers, close to churches, shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and sports stadiums. Golf view is located just across the street from the Lakes Recreation Park with bike and boat rentals and pavilions to host large gatherings. There are several beautiful gardens in Lakes Park too with volunteer opportunities. There is an organized golf program with a golf professional on staff for a small amenity fee. The golf course and the spacious common area, give residents a feeling of openness and of having a share of "green space" that is uncommon for a city area. The community is relaxing and friendly. Other included amenities are fitness center in clubhouse.
