This newly updated bean point beach cottage has valuted ceilings with fans. 1 full bedroom offers a brand new comfy (Electric adjustable sit-up) King bed with Large TV and ceiling fans. Livingroom offers vaulted ceilings and open floor plan to Kitchen : Plus 1 brand new very comfortable xtra long twin 10” foam mattress daybed for tall adult (or children). Interior Living Room Dining table - seats 4. Kitchen Island - seats 2. Exterior table just off living room back door offers umbrella 6 seating area to sit outside for dining. 1 Outdoor shower outside back entry wall for…sandy beach days. Full sized brand new washer / dryer inside building closet. Large 55” Living Room TV / Free “fast” Spectrum Internet to work online. A couple of beach chairs are available outside. Room for golf cart parking directly at front door with outlet (if you rent one).
