This 3 BEDROOM 2 BATH apartment is located on a Family Friendly 'Beach Block' street. It is on the second floor with an open floor plan that is spacious and has plenty of natural light. It has that classic seashore feel. There is a large counter/bar that separates the new tiled kitchen from the dining and living rooms that are very comfortable with two ceiling fans. Behind the kitchen there is a Master Bedroom with a veranda and its own private entrance, also with a ceiling fan!!
OUR FRONT BATH HAS BEEN TOTALLY REDONE WITH CERAMIC TILE SHOWER AND TILE WAINSCOATING ON THE WALLS THRU-OUT, MARBLE FLOORING, KOHLER BATH FIXTURES AND CUSTOM GRANITE TOP ON CUSTOM MAHOGANY VANITY FOR ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME.

For our Guests we constantly maintain and provide many upgrades to the property through out the year. The unit is always kept fresh and as clean as could be. PETS & SMOKING ARE NEVER PERMITTED. The neighborhood is all family vacationers having an Old Fashioned Good Time!!!!
