This unit has been totally renovated
C E N T R A L..A I R C O N D I T I O N I N G keeps the unit always comfortable. It has a new tiled kitchen with new appliances and an open counter with additional seating through to the dining room area for a larger open feeling. The Bathroom has also been renovated and upgraded. It is clean and comfortable. This unit is one of the nicest and cleanest Ocean City New Jersey Vacation Rental available.
There are resurfaced hardwood floors through-out with area carpets. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans, Two rooms have new queen size Pillow Top Bedding and one room has two twin beds. A special feature is our large private covered front porch. It has a Dining table with seating for six and cushioned patio furniture at also seats six. We also provide a gas BBQ Grill. There is a large, clean enclosed outside shower on the side of the house for showering after the beach or any time.A Full size washer and cloth dryer are free to use in your laundry room.
For our Guests we constantly maintain and provide many upgrades to the property through out the year. The unit is always kept fresh and as clean as could be. PETS & SMOKING ARE NEVER PERMITTED. The neighborhood is all Family Friendly vacationers having an Old Fashioned Good Time.
This property is less than 100 yards from a clean ,Lifeguard protected W O R L D..C L A S S..B E A C H. That has clean public restrooms, A Lifeguard , First aid station, Popular restaurants that serve the best breakfast, lunch, and Dinners. And of course, the start of the boardwalk with a ramp for biking, running, walking, or just sitting watching the views,Right at the beginning of the street.
