The new owners of this beautiful vacation rental condominium have taken the property to the next level with all-new furniture, TVs, appliances, paint, and more. The spacious master bedroom suite has a comfortable king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, a flat panel TV, and a full bathroom just down the hallway. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The community pool is just steps away, along with BBQ and tennis. *Please note that the unit is up one flight of steps, and there is no elevator in this building. Have additional guests? We also own 2111, the next building over, which can accommodate up to six additional guests.
Important Note:
The hotel pool and restaurants located in the very back of the resort are for hotel/resort guests only. This condo is individually owned. There is a pool and, of course, the beach located right in front of the condo for your use. You will also have access to the association tennis court, BBQ grills, and the beach. There are several restaurants just outside the gates of the resort available to you, and you are saving over 50% from resort rates. Private Management
This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.

Construction & Maintenance
Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the Resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.
