Beautiful, newly decorated, 2 story beach house on a prime ocean block located in a small, private beach association that offers a wonderful family-friendly summer experience in Ortley Beach! Located just 7 houses from a beautiful, white sand private beach with lifeguards on duty. Just minutes from the boardwalk and entertainment and close to great shops, restaurants and bars.
Open floor plan on the first floor with fully equipped modern kitchen, large island with seating and a dining room table. Spacious living area with Smart TV and large sectional couch. Full bathroom and laundry. Easy access to secluded rear patio with grill, table, chairs and umbrella. Private, enclosed, outdoor shower. Off-street parking for 4+ cars.
On the second floor you will find 4 bedrooms and a full bath. Two of the rooms are equipped with King size beds, one of the rooms with two Twin beds and a room with a bunk bed that has two full size mattresses and a bonus Twin Trundle.
Smoke free home. Great for families. Linens and towels are the renters responsibility. Weekly beach badges for access to the private beach can be obtained at the beach entrance.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. If less than 60 days, bookings will receive a full refund ONLY if the property can be re-rented prior to your scheduled stay.
