However, certain amenities (pool, pool building and hot tub) are not expected to be completed until the mid 2024. The beach (including new lounge chairs) has been fully restored for guest use. All the restaurants at the adjacent Marriott Hotel are available for guest use, however the pool, fitness center and tennis courts are available only for hotel guests. Construction is still occurring during the daytime hours.
