However, certain amenities (pool, pool building and hot tub) are not expected to be completed until mid 2024. The beach (including new lounge chairs) has been fully restored for guest use. All the restaurants at the adjacent Marriott Hotel are available for guest use, however the pool, fitness center and tennis courts are available only for hotel guests.
The Bay View Tower is located on the Punta Rassa Peninsula near the entrance to the Sanibel causeway and adjacent to the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort. Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a large lanai over the water.
Bay View 337 features a unique bed configuration, with a King bed in BOTH the master bedroom and guest bedrooms. Great for two couples! With a large semi-circle couch you could even have a couple of extra guests and allow 6 guests (please note the couch is not a pull-out couch)
