Charming, immaculate 3 bedroom house with new salt water pool and spa. It is conveniently located 2 miles from Venice Beach and 1 mile from downtown shops and restaurants. They have liked its convenient location and find the 14’x27’ pool to be “what you would expect at a much more expensive B&B.”
