Large master with Tempur-Pedic bed: wakeup and see the waves without even getting out of bed! Balcony off of master as well as living room. Just steps from the beach! Bunk room sleeps 6 kids with 2 bunk beds and 2 pull out trundles. 3rd floor setup as a game/movie room but will also sleep 2 on couch in addition to the blow up mattress. Additional 3 guestrooms include king bed, queen bed and murphy bed. Living room with couch and sleeper sofa. Access to all space except the garage and 2 owner's closets (inside). Pirates Beach West.
