Welcome to our piece of beach paradise on Fort Myers Beach! Our beautiful, newly remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom condo located in the much desired Gateway Villas complex has all essentials for a perfect beach vacation. As you enter the front door, you instantly view the beach and Gulf of Mexico waters, now you know you are on vacation! Our great room setup lets you enjoy each others company whether you are enjoying your favorite TV show or cooking a meal in our fully stocked kitchen. Our kitchen is supplied with the necessities of home and more. The comfy family room has a new sofa (sleeper sofa for extra sleeping accommodations) a flat screen TV, and a DVD player. The master bedroom has a new king size bed, dresser and spacious closet. The newly remodeled bathroom has a luxury style walk in shower with wall to wall tile. Other amenities to make sure your stay is more comfortable include linens, towels, beach towels and chairs, cable TV, keyless entry, high-end tile throughout main living areas, outdoor lanai seating and high speed WIFI. Most importantly, enjoy the beautiful sunsets, wildlife viewing, beach goers and the sounds crashing Gulf of Mexico waves from your private lanai. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
The Gateway Villas complex is located at the North-end of Fort Myers Beach. Within walking distance are many Fort Myers Beach amenities including Bowditch Point Park, the Time Square area famous for many restaurants, shops and performers and the FMB Fishing Pier. There are many miles of beach to walk and lots of wildlife sightings. Gateway Villas is a well manicured, gated condo complex. There is a large heated pool facing the beach with restroom, shuffle board and BBQ with tables and chairs. Looking to adventure to the  South-end of the beach, Lovers Key Resort or grocery store, there is a local trolley service that will take you there.
This unit has a keyless entry so a code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. However, this unit requires a gate pass that you will need to pick up from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first before going to the unit.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter).
