Royal Villa is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom luxurious retreat offering the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen, creating an open and inviting space perfect for entertaining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a breakfast bar, providing the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a quick bite.
The bedrooms are well-appointed and designed with comfort in mind. The master suite features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and a separate shower. You’ll have a private balcony from the master bedroom and en suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have king-sized beds with private balcony entrances. The fourth bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds, perfect for families or large groups.
One of the standout features of this home is the private pool. If swimming with a view is your thing, you’ll be delighted that the pool area offers the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun while enjoying the scenery. You can take a dip in the pool and cool off while enjoying the gorgeous lake view. The pool area offers various lounge chairs as well as a grill.
Royal Villa is located in the gated community of Destin Pointe which offers two beach access points, providing easy access to the beautiful white sand beaches.
For those who enjoy outdoor activities, four adult bikes are included with the home, as well as tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and three resort-style pools.
If you need anything during your stay, there is an onsite rental office where you can get assistance from friendly and knowledgeable staff. With so many amenities and a great location, this home is the perfect choice for your next vacation!
An additional pool /Jacuzzi heat fee of $300 is required to heat the pool and must be arranged before your stay. The Jacuzzi can be heated between the hours of 6 PM and 10 PM . This is a heated shared pool and spa system.
